Traveling during this pandemic is scary but how can I make the best of it with everything going on?
From all the reviews I have read of the Hyatt Ziva Cancun since they repoened on July 1st, they have the santiation down, so that is reassuring for me.
So what am I going to bring to make sure I feel safe and comfortable while covid is going on? This is a list of what I packed on my covid trip. I purchased these through Amazon and provide the links if you want to get some too! Having these items really made me feel safe and comfortable on my trip.
Masks with an air valve and filter are a must! They even have a wire on the nose area for you to tighten, which when you do that, you’re glasses don’t fog up!! I can also breathe way better for an extended amount of time, like for the plane ride and just walking around at the airport and out and about.
Face Masks with Breathing Valves
Bringing along hand sanitizer is also a must! When you’re going into an environment that has tons of germs everywhere and your going to be touching things, you just want to take the extra steps to sanitize right away! I recommend getting the travel size ones so you can keep in your purse or pocket. These are the ones I purchased:
I also purchased sanitizing wipes and they were very handy to wipe down seats at the airport, handles, wiping down my tray table on the air plane and even wiping down things in the hotel room. They worked great and recommend having them handy in your purse, backpack, etc.
What I’ve also seen that has high reviews and works amazing too, especially for the plane and could use in your hotel room, is a sanitizing wand.
Have you used this or something like it before? I’d love to know if it works for my next trip!
Gloves are also important when going into environments where lots of people and germs are. I also got these from Amazon and felt assured I wasn’t touching anybodies cooties.
I knew we were going to go snorkeling so we brought our own snorkel gear so we didn’t have to use anybody elses and worry if they were washed properly.
What else would you add to your covid trip as must haves? Would love to know what I missed….
