The secret to the best Homemade Salsa is….

One of my favorite foods ever is chips and salsa….I can eat that every day if carbs didn’t love my tummy and hips!

There’s a certain type of salsa I love and it has to be juicy, not thick and the consistency just enough for you get a chunk of it on your chip so you get that magical taste.

You can’t find it everywhere tho, so I started making my own and here’s the recipe so you can try it out yourself and tell me if you like it too!

Oh yeah….want to know my secret ingredient…see below!

Homemade Salsa

4 Roma Tomatoes

1/2 Red Onion

2 Cilantro bushells

4 Green Onions

1 Green Jalapeno Pepper (Take out the white seeds or leave half, depending on how spicy you like it!)

1 1/2 Tbsp of minced Garlic

1/2 Tbsp of granulated sugar

1 packet of Goya Salad Dressing Mix (Secret Ingredient!!!!)

1 tsp of Garlic Salt

1 tsp Chili Powder

1 Lime (Squeezed) You can also add lemon juice, but depends on your liking

Put it all in a food processor and wala! Adjust spices as you like depending on your taste buds. Grab your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!

These are my favorite chips I get from Amazon and of course my Goya mix!
